How do I register with you?
Click on Sign up which can be found at the top right hand corner of all pages on our site. Enter your name, email address under Create and Account” and click "Submit". As stated in our privacy policy, we do not forward your personal data to third parties. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We suggest you check the information in this email carefully, making sure it is correct. Now you are logged in automatically and start shopping. If the address you want your order delivered to is not the same as your billing address, please also provide your delivery address. If not, your order will be delivered to your billing address.
What are your payment methods?
At Bonsoni, you can easily and securely pay by card. We accept Mastercard and Visa, in addition to Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards. Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. If you send goods back, the amount will be credited back to your card account. For your convenience, your payment details will be saved on a secret third party encrypted server. So even if our own server get compromised for some reason, your card details will be safe.
You can delete your card details after you have placed your order by logging in to your account and clicking on 'My Payment Methods'. Select 'Delete credit card' to remove your payment details.
Your card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Bonsoni is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible.
How much does delivery cost?
Most of our large items' delivery cost absolutely nothing! This means that you only ever pay the price shown on our website nothing else!
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you place your order with us before 1pm, we start processing it on the same day if we have it on stock. Some of the large items take longer. Please note that certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?
Please note that we begin processing your order as soon as the order confirmation appears, therefore we cannot guarantee that we will successfully be able to change your address after your order has been placed. We strongly advise you to double check the delivery information you enter before you place an order.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Please note that Bonsoni is only available for customers resident in the UK at the moment. To place an order on Bonsoni you will need: a UK billing and delivery address and a credit card or PayPal account linked to a UK bank account. Additionally the order must be placed from a UK IP address. Without all of the above, you will unfortunately be unable to make a purchase on Bonsoni.

What is your return policy?
We have a very generous 14 days returns policy

You can return any unused/unopened items within fourteen days of purchase. 

We hope that you'd like the product you purchased, but if you have a change of heart (i.e. wrong shade of colour or size), please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you return your purchase for changing your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. If we arrange the collection, you'd be refunded after deducting the collection cost. Return processing time usually takes 2 to 3 days, however your payment method company may take extra few more days to show it on your statement. The maximum time to process the refund will not take more than 14 business working days after item arriving at our warehouse. We are unable to accept any returns if the item was a custom order.
How do I get my money back after returning an item?
Your money is automatically refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase:
- If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card. - If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Once the item is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7 days. Your bank or credit card company may take few extra days to show the amount on your statement. Please contact your bank or the credit card company to find out when the money will be shown on your statement.  Please note: if you received a gift purchase and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I get a VAT Invoice?
If you require a VAT receipt or invoice, please contact our Customer Service team and we will issue you one as soon as possible. All necessary information is included on the receipt.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Please accept our sincere apologies if you receive any items damaged, which can happen during the transit. We carefully pick our delivery partners, for larger items we use specialised furniture delivery companies (hence it takes around 2 to 3 weeks to deliver), for medium size items we use Express Delivery companies like TNT, UPS, Parcel Force, DPD, Interlink, and few others. Please contact us ASAP (preferably within 3 days after receiving the item) via email reporting the damage with photo evidence. We will exchange the item for no extra costs.
What happens if delivery attempt was made but I was not at home?
We send automated delivery notification email and text messages. Despite that if delivery attempt is unsuccessful our delivery company will leave a card asking you to arrange a re-delivery or they will attempt to deliver the item next day. If you failed to arrange the delivery, the item will be back to our warehouse. If the item is returned to our warehouse after failed delivery attempt, you'd be liable for the delivery cost
