This traditional style sleigh bed is made from excellent quality solid mahogany wood, which is only sourced from sustainable plantations. It is hand carved in a classic sleigh design. (Low footboard option also available). It is provided with main frame and slats to support the mattress. It is partially assembled to allow for easy transportation. It is a dark mahogany finish with a traditional wax polish to enhance the rich mahogany wood. Also available in an antique white finish. We bought an Oak side table for my elderly mother-in-law, she finds it very useful and attractive. It was delivered very quickly and was easy to assemble. There was a slight scratch on it when we got it, but not worth making a fuss about - it'll get more in use
