In a double boiler place butter, oysters with liquid, celery salt, sherry and Worcestershire sauce (water in the lower bowl should not touch the top plate)

milk mixture and continue stirring pour
Remove from heat just before boiling and serve immediately
Sprinkle be served with a little cayenne pepper
Garnish with chives
Offer oyster crackers on the side
